Offering: Dogs for sale, puppies for sale in United Kingdom, Chelmsford

I was going to be the proud owner of a white westie dog until the person I was getting her from let me down at the last minute. Has anybody got one that they would like to see go to a good home? Must be brilliant with children and babies and ideally house trained, with all vaccinations etc. I have no other pets (apart from a fish!!)
