Externally, there is a nice terrace area on the main deck, but there is also the possibility of extending the entrance area to create further accommodation if needed. there is a lovely garden area beside the boat that comes with this particular mooring, great if you enjoy a spot of gardening, or just like to sit on land to enjoy your surroundings.
The marina is a ten minute walk from Benfleet station, which can get you into Fenchurch Street in thirty minutes. The marina is also a few minutes from the A13 and twenty minutes from the M25, close enough to be handy but far enough away not to be disturbed by any major traffic noise.
Overall, Ranson offers an idyllic and affordable lifestyle, with spacious accommodation, whilst also very well placed for travel.
